Hi Everyone,
Here’s the first real post of 2015: a cafĂ© that’s a little unusual but totally fits my style: The Daily Habit. It’s about healthy eating and the staff is generally aware about the needs of gluten-free people. Nestled within the Chi Fitness Gym at Bangsar Shopping Centre, it’s generally quiet–my favourite thing about this cafĂ©.
The food itself is quite basic–salads, sandwiches, eggs, fruit juices–you get the idea. But they are all made with healthy eaters in mind and that’s great for me! Salads are filling and they don’t stinge on the good stuff, like chia seeds. There are eggs and other standard breakfast fare too, if you’re not into salads. For gluten-free folks, they sometimes offer a buckwheat pancake.
They sell some low-guilt desserts as well there. Costs are reasonable for the Bangsar area, with each meal averaging RM20-30. But note: this café has quite limited hours. Check their website or FB site for updates.

Peace,
Daisy
